Rise Up Together

The Campaign for Cardozo School of Law
Boat cruise

Since 1976, the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law has been an innovator in legal education, producing exceptional lawyers committed to their clients and making the world a better place.

That pioneering spirit has helped Cardozo become nationally recognized for excellence. Your gift will ensure the success of future generations of leaders in the law, building upon our proud traditions.

  • Leaders in all fields of the law.

Cardozo graduates are game changers in the legal field and serve as role models for current students.

  • Faculty with impact influencing legal debate.

Cardozo’s renowned faculty members are passionate and devoted teachers whose published work and media appearances generate meaningful change.

  • Lawyers who represent the most vulnerable in the fight for justice.

The Innocence Project, founded at Cardozo, has brought freedom to hundreds of wrongfully convicted members of society.

We couldn’t expand our network of valuable connections.

"I give to Cardozo because I am incredibly thankful to this institution for providing me with a top-class legal education in the business capital of the world. The Rise Up for Cardozo Campaign will support scholarships for students funded by our committed and generous community so that they can reach their full potential as legal students."

"Whether it’s co-chairing the Cardozo Women alumni group, supporting the scholarships provided by Black Asian and Latino Law Students Association Group or working with the Summer Law Institute to introduce underserved New York City students to the law, investing in the Cardozo community is how we pay it forward and create the next generation of leaders and a stronger Cardozo community."

"We met at Cardozo through the Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA). LALSA was an integral part of our law school experience, and the Black Asian Latino Law Student Alumni group (BALLSA) continues to be a large part of our lives. Cardozo is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity in the legal profession and we support those efforts by donating to the BALLSA Scholarship Fund."
